We do not mass produce our products. It's on demand printing, so it can take 5-7 days to create.

Quality is checked before and after printing. After the last quality check, its off to shipping, where its carefully packed and on its way to you.

 We would like to bring to your attention that, due to the smaller dimensions of the 8 inches metal sign items, it is not feasible for us to install LED lights on it. To have lighting incorporated, we kindly suggest considering a larger size. Opting for the 8 inches size will result in the product being manufactured without lights.

 Our LED metal signs don't need batteries. Just plug in the electric cord, and they'll shine continuously with brilliance.

My item is damaged/incorrect

• Please contact our support team for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item. We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible.
