Can I cancel or edit my order?
We typically produce all orders within 3-5 business days. You have up to 12 hours from when the order is placed to make any changes or cancellations. After this period, we are unable to modify the order.
Do you accept returns?
Due to our items being personalized and made on-demand, we are unable to accept any returns.
It can be returned or exchanged only in case damaged, wrong customized, or wrong designed.
Can the sign hang outdoor?
Most of our metal signs are powder coated for maximum durability that will last for decades!
